Hi, I’m Lisa – a proud mum of three and a passionate yogi.
My yoga journey began over 20 years ago, though it was a bit of a rollercoaster. After the challenging birth of my son in 2014, I found myself overwhelmed by life’s demands. It was then that I rediscovered the healing power of my yoga mat, and from that moment on, yoga became my refuge.
Yoga and meditation have had a profound impact on both my physical and emotional well-being. Over time, I’ve developed a deep love for the transformative effects these practices have had on my life, and now, I’m dedicated to empowering others to experience the same.
In 2018, after being diagnosed with CPTSD, I realised that yoga was my anchor during the darkest times. It became my daily tool for healing and self-care, sparking a desire to dive deeper into the practice.
This led me to complete my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2019. Since then, I’ve continued to expand my knowledge and skills to better serve others on their own wellness journeys.
I now combine my personal experience with professional training to create a supportive community where individuals can find peace, strength, and balance. My classes are grounded in trauma-informed principles, designed to be accessible to all bodies and abilities.
